9 minute wait for 2 cups of coffee. Another minute for them to find a drink carrier. Manager was apologetic, but nonetheless, seems disorganized.

Donuts I am happy with, but this review is about their iced drinks. I've been here over 5 times and have never been happy with a drink they have made. Iced coffee - they don't use liquid sweeter they use granulated sugar every time I have ordered it. If you order a syrup be sure to note if it is sweetened or not. This is pretty consistent with all locations. I don't understand why anyone would like to drink granulated sugar since it doesn't dissolve. Coffee coolata - very disappointed. My coworker and I ordered one. I've had this drink before, but this time the drink was entirely white. Usually there is a slight tint of brown for the coffee. Not this time. Both of our drinks tasted like flavored ice. Please note if you get a syrup which is flavored don't add any cream or sugar it will taste overly sweet! They do offer to make you a different drink, but at this point I already know I'll be disappointed.

I go to the Dunkin every day before work and they are often out of more than just one menu item. One time they were out of every type of bread. The staff also doesn't seem to have very good knowledge of the menu.

Drive to KrispyKreme, you'll be glad you did. Maybe I'm just unfamiliar with Dunkin' Donuts style, but it was not what I expected from a donut. The glazed had very little sweetness to them, to the point where I thought I had been given a plain donut. The strawberry and the vanilla were almost as bad. Compared to what I'm used to (as I mentioned, KrispyKreme, but even those found in grocery stores and gas stations), these weren't even worth the gas it took to get through the drive-thru. The cake was dry, the frosting/glaze was practically non-existent, and even though they were claimed to be freshly made, they tasted stale. This place is less than a mile from my home, and I drive by it every day on my way to work, but I'll never buy donuts from here again. Perhaps the breakfast sandwiches are a saving grace, but I don't go to a place called Dunkin' Donuts for an egg on a roll.

I wish dunkin donuts opened at 4am instead of 5!!!!! I get off my job at 4 and sometimes i would like to eat some donuts for breakfast.

Okay so since this location has been open I absolutely love my iced latte turbo shot and hazelnut swirl. I get this every morning. But!!!! If it's not the girls that I see there in the morning I make a point to taste it before I leave because they have a nasty habit of either giving me ICED COFFEE of completely forget my extra shot. Or like yesterday, I have NO idea what the person did but it tasted like my turbo shot was not there and that they added heavy cream to my latte. Not bad but not what I ordered lol. Well this morning something happened that wanted me to review the store. This isn't the first time this has happened but I always get a French cruller with my drink. Welp this morning AGAIN as in driving I take a big bite of my cruller and am presented with nothing but fried dough. No icing or whatever it is but I felt like I took a big greasy bite of something disgusting and I couldn't eat it. Never eat a cruller without the icing lol it's horrid. There are four girls there and they have NEVER MESSED UP MY ORDER and it seems lately they haven't been on the morning crew and I think they are the best!!!

I am glad to have this Dunkin Donuts close by!! I loove boston kreme donut, it's the best... Usually go there at least once a week, these are the best donuts in the area. I am not too much of a fan of Hy-vee donuts or the ones sold at gas stations. Dunkin Donuts are freshly made everyday, plus the place it's new, good customer service (so far), so can't complain much. Would definitely recommend to try!
